Practice Ashtanga Yoga outdoors in the heart of the city with this all-levels class exploring the Primary Series in a condensed 50–60 minute format. Surrounded by fresh air, open sky, and the energy of the park, this class offers space to move, breathe, and reconnect.
Each week may carry a slightly different focus or intention—perhaps a three-breath Half Primary, exploring the left side first, adding stretches to encourage opening, slowing the pace, or examining specific sections of the sequence.
