Morning Mysore will be changed to self practice during Jan and Feb 2026. A key holder will be there at the beginning of the class to open up and end of class to lock up. If you have any questions or would like to join please contact us at info@shala centre.ca
Early morning Mysore is the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. This class is a 2 hour block of time. You are welcome to arrive at anytime during the Mysore time as long as it allows you to finish your practice by the end of class.
