The Ashtanga Primary Series, often referred to as Yoga Chikitsa, is a dynamic and physically demanding sequence of postures that forms the foundation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This is a big practice, you are welcome to join and move through as much or as little as you feel in this all levels class. Variations, modifications, tips and demos will be offered as needed. The teacher will lead you through on breath count allowing for a meditative flow.
